Whilst this has over 170 wild swimming spots (and is a wild swimmer’s dream book) it also includes hundreds of places for those who don’t want to get wet.

  • The book covers 14 regions that are within a 4.5 hour drive from Sydney. This stretches to Port Macquarie in the north, Ulladulla in the south and Orange in the east.

  • Yes. Each chapter has a map to help you plan your trips and each listing has instructions about where to start and how to get to each place. There are also coordinates to assist you.

  • No unless specified. Some adventures in the book do require a 4WD, but the vast majority are accessible with a 2WD.
